This treatment incorporates Swedish strokes and pressure while using heated basalt stones. One stroke with a heated stone has the same effect as 10 strokes with the hand. Adding heat to a body massage releases more toxins from the muscles as it relaxes body tension. So, in other words, it's similar to a deep tissue treatment without the firm pressure.
